Week 8

In Week 8, I'm feeling very positive and motivated to get stuff done. It's not going to be easy, but if it was easy, everyone would be doing it.

A little motivation:

They say when you reach your limit, that's when REAL change starts to happen. You see, we ourselves define what our "limit" is, but it's when you push past the limit, that is when you start to see yourself make progress. Take pushups for example, I thought I could only do 20 reps in one set, but I was able to do 30 consecutive push-ups. I didn't say how fast I did them, but I kept going, and that's what matters.
